Why won't this (document) print?

When printing any document from a remote-access computer, or N-Client (ViewSonic/Acer computers) make sure you signed on the computer yourself using your blackboard credentials. If you are signed on under another person’s login information it will not print. Also be sure the card you are trying to print from is your current card. Any old cards won’t work and you cannot print using another student's ID card.
When printing from an All-in-One computer make sure you are prompted to submit your blackboard credentials per print job. If someone before you signed on the computer they may have asked the computer to remember their information and doing so has printed your documents under them.
