How do I email this to myself?

To email a document already on the computer, open your email service, then open a new email. In the subject line type your own email address (this can be the same or a different email) and attach the document you are wanting to email. Add any message and subject as necessary and send the email.

  1. To email a document from the printer, go to any printer and tap your ID on the Wave ID card reader.
  2. Press "Use Device Functions".  It will say it’s setting up your send-to-me email address.
  3. Press "OK". This will take you to the copy menu automatically. Press either the Scanning button on the left side or press Home on the screen and then Scan.

You can either scan to your student email with the scan-to-me option, or add your Gmail through the manual entry button. Please do not program another email address as it may appear under other users accounts also.
